Museum
of World War II Formed over a period of more
than 40 years, the collection documents and illustrates the period from the Versailles
Treaty, ending World War I, to the Nuremberg and Tokyo war crimes trials, ending
World War II. All of the more than 6,000 artifacts on display, as well as 83 mannequins
with complete uniforms and equipment, are original and from the Second World War. The
Wright Museum A World War II Museum located
in Wolfeboro, NH, featuring authentic displays of Home Front America between the
years 1939 and 1945. In addition to the Home Front experience, special displays
also include a large array of fully operational military vehicles: tanks, halftracks,
jeeps, an ambulance and motorcycles. The museum is fortunate to have in their
vehicle collection the only existing operational American tank to cross the Rhine
